What You’ll Need
Using a cloth measuring tape, measure over the undergarments you will be wearing with the style you are ordering. If you don’t have a measuring tape, simply use a piece of string then line it up against a yardstick.
For Dress Length
Hold the measuring tape from the top of the shoulder, letting it hang down to the lowest edge of the dress, making sure to drape over the bust.
For Bust
Wearing the bra that will be worn with the garment, measure around your chest at the fullest point of the best and under your arms. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor.
For Band Size
Measure around your rib cage, under the bust, then add five inches. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor.
For Natural Waist
Measure around your waist at the narrowest point, making sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor.
For Hips
Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, making sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor.
For Sleeve
Measure from the armhole seam at the top of the shoulder to the lowest edge of the sleeve.
For Cup Size
To get your cup size, subtract your band size from your bust size. If the difference between your bust size is:
1 inches: A
2 inches: B
3 inches: C
4 inches: D
Steps to Measure Your Foot
Step 1
Sit down on a chair and place your foot flat on a piece of paper.
Step 2
Trace the foot by holding a pencil vertically and outlining the foot. The longest toe and back of heel are the most important measurements.
Step 3
Using a ruler, measure the distance from the bottom of the heel to the tip of the longest toe.
Step 4
Record the result in inches and use this measurement to find your size in the chart. If one foot is larger than the other, the measurement for the larger should be used.
